hugin cvs update

Hi!

I've just updated the hugin cvs. Nothing really new, but now
it contains a very incomplete skeleton for wxwindows.

The wxwindow stuff is in src/hugin
btw. do a make docs in the src dir if doxygen (www.doxygen.org) is installed,
and look at src/doc/html/index.html, it explains some more things.

Kai-Uwe, this should give you a base to work on.

I couldn't add borders around the widgets in the XRC file.
wxwindows seems to ignore it. This looks quite ugly, look
at the control points tab and you'll see.

Things I wanted to do, but haven't done yet.
 - add Juha's changes to the Panorama class.
   there are still some platform specific things there
   (especially the Process class). I'll use wxProcess
   for that in the future.
 - more documentation
 - connect the CPEditorPanel to the Panorama model, so that
   an example to show how the interacton between model and
   gui could work.
