[OccupySheffield] UK-Ireland Occupations Convention, 19-20 November: instructions for invited delegates

Dear Occupy UK and Ireland,

Please find attached proposed agenda for this weekend's meeting.

We have just heard that a number of occupations have not received our
invitation for this weekend's meeting, in particular Bristol, Nottingham,
Leeds and Peterborough.

With the exception of Peterborough, we have e-mailed Bristol (
occupybristol at riseup.net), Nottingham (OccupyNottingham at hotmail.co.uk) and
Leeds (info at occupyleeds.co.uk) about this meeting but not heard back from
any of them. If these e-mail contacts are wrong (or no longer applicable),
please let us know.

Communication has been and remains a major problem occupation problem, both
within and between occupations, and we hope to be able to work towards
solutions this weekend. OLSX outreach has been trying to contact
occupations that don't have a dedicated phone or e-mail address via Twitter
too but only one of these replied. We would love to have occupations from
Bradford, Kenmare, Portsmouth and Swansea attend, also new ones like Exeter.

Occupy Peterborough is now also included in this invitation. Hopefully, the
e-mail we could find (occupypeterborough at hushmail.com) is the correct one.
Our apologies for the delay in this invitation.

Once again, the travel subsidy is 50 pounds per occupation in the UK, 100
pounds per occupation traveling from Ireland. Accommodation shouldn't be a
problem but visiting delegates are advised to bring their own bedding.

The meeting will be held jointly between the OLSX and OLFS camps (see
agenda for details). Upon arrival, please contact the info tents at OLSX
and OLFS for details i.e. travel reimbursement that you would like to have,
accommodation, possible changes in agenda etc.

You will be able to temporarily drop off your bags/bedding at the OLSX
site. The meeting will be moving at OLFS in the afternoon.

Reimbursement itself, this will take place Sunday evening, following the
end of the meeting. Please bring your ticket(s) and receipts.
