Invitación a la acción contra la política de la crisis capitalista

A partir del 2011 la crisis por fin encuentra una respuesta en asambleas
y ocupaciones alrededor del mundo: Túnez, Cairo, Madrid, Barcelona, Tel
Aviv, Atenas, Nueva York, Oakland… Desde hace meses tiendas de campaña
del movimiento Occupy asedian al Banco Central Europeo en Frankfurt. Es
muy importante no perder de vista este centro financiero, Frankfurt, es
de suma importancia: Ahí se encuentra la Troika de BCE, FMI y Comisión
Europea; ahí se negocia lo que el gobierno alemán y sus aliados
pretenden imponer a nivel europeo.

Por eso queremos dar una muestra inconfundible de solidaridad
internacional y de resistencia anticapitalista con una movilización
europea a Frankfurt. Queremos mostrar que ya ni siquiera en Alemania, el
corazón de la bestia de la crisis europea, impera la tranquilidad.
Queremos mostrar que los movimientos en Europa no se dejan oponer los
unos contra los otros, sino que juntos llevan a cabo la lucha contra los
dictados de la Troika. Queremos mostrar que contra los ataques sociales
ya no basta la protesta domesticada, sino que una decidida resistencia
de masas es necesaria.

Por eso hacemos un llamado a acciones desobedientes de masas en mayo:
¡Cerremos Frankfurt, bloqueemos el tráfico, los bancos, toda la ciudad!
¡Interrumpamos el negocio de aquellos que nos quieren tomar como rehenes
de su crisis!

La idea de días de acción en mayo en Frankfurt en este momento no sólo
es discutida por nosotr at s, sino por muchos y diversos movimientos
políticos, colectivos y corrientes. Algo se puso en movimiento y se
condensará en bloqueos, acciones desobedientes de masas, en una gran
manifestación internacional, en otra Ágora de los movimientos.

Proponemos comenzar el 15 de mayo, el aniversario de la primera gran
asamblea en Madrid. El miércoles 16 de mayo en Frankfurt se encuentra el
consejo del BCE. El viernes 18 de mayo podría ser nuestro día de acción
principal: En varios países europeos mucha gente tiene un día libre por
un día feriado anterior, pero bancos y negocios en Frankfurt están
abiertos, los podemos interrumpir realmente. El 19 de mayo se podría
hacer una gran manifestación europea. En la cercanía relativa de
Frankfurt, a 250 km de distancia en Erfurt, del 17 al 20 de mayo tendrá
lugar el congreso de la coordinación federal internacionalismo (buko)
bajo la pregunta “¿Qué significa hoy radicalmente global?” – Nos podemos
imaginar buenos enlaces entre debate y acción.

Un primer encuentro de un circulo de iniciativa más amplio tendrá lugar
el domingo 22 de enero a las 11 h en la casa sindical, Wilhelm Leuscher
Str. 69, Frankfurt am Main. Será decisivo ya en este encuentro poner en
palabras el deseo de much at s activistas hacia acciones, que en su
masividad y radicalidad serán adecuadas a las dimensiones de los ataques.

En el primer encuentro se prepara una conferencia europea de acción que
se realizará del 24 al 26 de marzo en Frankfurt. En este se podría
llegar a acuerdos concretos y hacer un llamado internacional a acciones
en mayo en Frankfurt.

Invitation to action against capitalist crisis policy

Since 2011, the crisis finally finds its echo in a variety of
occupations and Assambleas worldwide: Tunis, Cairo, Madrid, Barcelona,
Tel Aviv, Athens, New York, Oakland… For months, tents of the Occupy
movement have been beleaguering the ECB in Frankfurt. Keeping in sight
the financial center of Frankfurt, is of crucial importance: here is
where the troika of ECB, IMF and European Commission negotiates what the
German government and its allies want to impose over all Europe.

Calling for a paneuropean mobilization to Frankfurt, we want to set an
unmistakable sign of international solidarity and anti-capitalist
resistance. We want to show that there is no peace even in Germany, the
heart of the beast of the European crisis. We want to show that the
movements in Europe won't let themselves be played off against each
other, but that they stay together leading the struggle against the
austerity dictates of the troika. We want to show that hand-tame protest
against these social attacks is just not enough, rather that there is
need for massive and determined resistance all over Europe.

Therefore we are calling for disobedient mass actions in May: let us
clog up Frankfurt, let's congest the traffic, the banks, the whole city.
Let us interrupt the business of those who want to take us into custody
for their own crisis…

Currently, the idea of action days in Frankfurt in May is not only being
discussed by us, but by a number of political movements, groups and
spectra. Something is in motion and it will condense into blockades,
into disobedient mass actions, a large international demonstration, and
another Agora of Movements.

We suggest that we get ourselves going on May 15th, 2012, the
anniversary of the first large meeting in Madrid. On Wednesday, May
16th, the ECB's Governing Council meets in Frankfurt. Friday, May 18th
could be our main Day of Action: In several European countries, many
people are having a day off because of a previous holiday, while banks
and businesses are open in Frankfurt, so we can effectively interrupt
the businesses. On May 19th, a major European demonstration could follow.

In Erfurt, just some 250 km from Frankfurt, the 34th Congress of the
Federal Coordination of Internationalism (BUKO) will take place from May
17-20 raising the question: "What does 'radically global' mean today?"
We like the idea of interleaving debate and action.

The first joint session of a broader initiative group will be held on
Sunday, January 22nd, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the union hall
(Gewerkschaftshaus), Wilhelm-Leuschner-Str. 69, Frankfurt am Main. At
this point it will be crucial to bring up the desire of many activists
for actions that are adequate to the magnitude of the attacks in terms
of scale and radicality.

At this first meeting, we will get things prepared for a grand European
action conference to be held on February 24th-26th in Frankfurt. At that
point, there will be place for concrete agreements and the decision on
an international call for actions in May in Frankfurt.

Einladung zu Aktionen gegen kapitalistische Krisenpolitik

seit 2011 findet die Krise ihren Widerhall endlich auch in einer
Vielzahl von Assambleas und Besetzungen weltweit: Tunis, Kairo, Madrid,
Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Athen, New York, Oakland... Seit Monaten belagern
Zelte der occupy-Bewegung auch die EZB in Frankfurt. Den Finanzplatz
Frankfurt im Visier zu behalten, ist von entscheidender Bedeutung: hier
trifft sich die Troika von EZB, IWF und EU-Kommission, hier wird
ausgehandelt, was die deutsche Bundesregierung und ihre Verbündeten
europaweit durchsetzen wollen.

Deshalb wollen wir mit einer europaweiten Mobilisierung nach Frankfurt
ein unübersehbares Zeichen der internationalen Solidarität und des
antikapitalistischen Widerstandes setzen. Wir wollen zeigen, dass auch
in Deutschland, dem Herzen der Bestie der europäischen Krise, keine Ruhe
mehr herrscht. Wir wollen zeigen, dass sich die Bewegungen in Europa
nicht gegeneinander ausspielen lassen, sondern den Kampf gegen die
Kürzungsdiktate der Troika gemeinsam führen. Wir wollen zeigen, dass
handzahmer Protest gegen die sozialen Angriffe nicht ausreichend ist,
sondern dass es europaweit massenhaften und entschlossenen Widerstand
geben muss.

Deshalb rufen wir zu ungehorsamen Massenaktionen im Mai auf: Machen wir
Frankfurt dicht, blockieren wir den Verkehr, die Banken, die ganze
Stadt. Unterbrechen wir das Geschäft derer, die uns für ihre Krise in
Haft nehmen wollen ...

Die Idee von Aktionstagen in Frankfurt im Mai wird gegenwärtig nicht nur
von uns, sondern von einer Vielzahl von politischen Bewegungen, Gruppen
und Spektren diskutiert. Es ist etwas in Bewegung und wird sich
verdichten zu Blockaden, zu ungehorsamen Massenaktionen, zu einer großen
internationalen Demonstration, zu einer weiteren Agora der Bewegungen.

Wir schlagen vor, mit dem 15. Mai 2012 zu beginnen, dem Jahrestag der
ersten großen Versammlung in Madrid. Am Mittwoch, dem 16. Mai tagt in
Frankfurt der EZB-Rat. Freitag, der 18. Mai könnte unser Hauptaktionstag
werden: In mehreren europäischen Ländern haben viele Menschen wegen
eines vorangegangenen Feiertags frei, aber die Banken und Unternehmen in
Frankfurt haben geöffnet, so dass wir die Geschäfte real unterbrechen
können. Am 19. Mai könnte dann eine europäische Großdemonstration
stattfinden. In relativer Nähe zu Frankfurt, im 250 km entfernten
Erfurt, wird vom 17.-20. Mai der 34. Kongress der Bundeskoordination
Internationalismus (BUKO) mit der Fragestellung „Was heißt radikal
global heute?“ stattfinden – wir können uns eine Vernetzung von Debatte
und Aktion gut vorstellen.

Ein erster gemeinsamer Ratschlag eines breiteren Initiativkreises wird
stattfinden am Sonntag, 22.1.2012 um 11 Uhr im Gewerkschaftshaus,
Wilhelm-Leuschner-Str. 69, Frankfurt am Main. Es wird entscheidend sein,
den Wunsch vieler Aktivist_innen nach Aktionen, die in ihrer
Massenhaftigkeit und Radikalität dem Ausmaß der Angriffe angemessen
sind, bereits dort zur Sprache zu bringen.

Auf dem Treffen wird eine große europäische Aktionskonferenz
vorbereitet, die vom 24. bis 26. Februar in Frankfurt stattfinden soll.
Dort sollen dann konkrete Verabredungen getroffen und ein
internationaler Aufruf für Aktionen im Mai in Frankfurt beschlossen werden.
